Joe's Crew Education Fund (El Salvador) was launched in 2018 with the purpose of connecting youth and adult learners from the community of Caserio El Escalon with educational opportunities at a local technical college. With classes in various trades such as small engine repair, welding, and tailoring being offered, students are able to develop valuable skills that are directly transferable to either employment or small enterprise creation. Through our initial phase of the project, 29 youth from the community received funding to attend the Agape College, affording them the opportunity of furthering their education and pursuing their dreams.
